Who we are.
GameVerse is an independent browser-game website at game-verse.live, operated by Rdx Siam. This policy applies to your use of the GameVerse website and explains the information handled by the site and by services it uses.
You do not need to create an account to play. The game features in this version do not ask for a name, password, payment details or precise location. Advertising and hosting services may process technical information when you access the site, as described below.
02 / INFORMATION & PURPOSES
What information is handled.
Game progress and preferences: best scores, favorites, recent games, run-start counts and timestamps, sound preferences and the optional-ad preference are stored in your browser to support gameplay and device-local features.
Technical visit information: when files or ads are requested, the hosting or advertising service receives information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, referring page where provided, and request time. Those services may use this information for delivery, security, fraud prevention and service measurement.
Advertising information: enabled ad partners may process cookies, device identifiers and interactions with ads for ad delivery, personalization where permitted, measurement and fraud prevention.
Messages you send: if you email us, we receive your address and the information you include so we can respond to your question or privacy request. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
Device-local run counts are not global visitor statistics. The supplied version does not include a separate Google Analytics integration or a player-account database. Local save records are not automatically synchronized to a GameVerse server.
03 / ON YOUR DEVICE
Local progress, not an account.
Scores, favorites, recent games and preferences normally remain in this browser. Run-start counts and their timestamps power the device-local popularity sort; the homepage features Fruit Slice Rush as an editorial pick, not a global popularity claim. Storage is not synchronized automatically between devices. If persistent storage is blocked, progress may last only for the current session.
You can manage local preferences in Player settings. Clearing this site's browser data removes local progress; back up your save code first if you want to keep it.
04 / PORTABLE PROGRESS
Your save code is yours to keep.
Save codes contain local score records, favorites, the recent-game selection and the optional-ad preference. Run counts are not included. Codes have a checksum for accidental damage, not encryption or anti-cheat protection. Anyone you share a code with can read and import the information it contains. Import merges higher scores and combines favorites.
05 / COOKIES & SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
What is stored in your browser.
Local and session storage: GameVerse uses browser storage for saved progress, preferences and temporary loading or ad-free-session settings.
Offline cache: a service worker may store public game files so previously loaded games can work offline. Browser eviction can remove these files. Repair loading clears this app's caches and worker, not saved local progress.
Advertising cookies and identifiers: Google, Adsterra and their partners may use cookies or similar technologies when their services are enabled and applicable permission requirements are met.
Consent records: Google's consent-management service may store your choices and related consent information. The site records your cookie choice, including permission for Adsterra advertising, in browser storage for up to 180 days before asking again. Accepting optional advertising cookies grants Adsterra permission; rejecting them blocks Adsterra requests. Google choices remain separate. Its message and vendor information describe the storage it uses.
Browser settings let you block cookies or clear site storage. Blocking or clearing storage can affect saves, preferences and offline play, and clearing consent records may cause a consent message to appear again. Turning off personalized ads does not necessarily disable every cookie used for security, measurement or non-personalized ads.
06 / ADVERTISING PARTNERS
Ads and third-party services.
GameVerse is configured to support Google AdSense and Adsterra, subject to publisher activation, inventory and applicable privacy permissions. Games and restarts remain free; watching an ad is not required for basic play. Third-party ads or sponsored links may take you to websites with their own privacy practices.
Google AdSense
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
When enabled and permitted, Adsterra and its partners may process technical information, cookies, device identifiers and ad interactions to deliver and measure advertising and prevent fraud. See the Adsterra privacy policy for its practices and contact options. Some third-party vendors offer advertising opt-outs through YourAdChoices. These choices apply only to participating vendors and may need to be made separately for each browser or device.
Google's standard AdSense tag initializes its published consent-management message and handles Google's regional advertising choices. Other enabled ad-provider requests stay blocked until you accept optional advertising cookies in this site's cookie request or privacy settings. An ad account ID or a device preference is not a consent decision, and Google-specific choices do not authorize Adsterra.
07 / CONSENT & CONTROL
Change your privacy choices.
Where a consent-management message is available, it lets you review advertising purposes and vendors, give or refuse consent, and change your choices later. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, applicable advertising consent is handled through the publisher's configured consent-management service.
Privacy and cookie settings lets you change the separate Adsterra permission or open Google's privacy choices. Google's controls may open on the home page, where its advertising service is initialized.
The device setting “Turn off optional ad requests” suppresses GameVerse's optional ad requests on this browser. It does not withdraw consent already recorded by an advertising service or delete existing cookies. Use the consent-management controls to change recorded consent, and browser settings to clear stored cookies. Disabling a device-level ad preference does not itself grant consent.
Withdrawal applies to future processing based on consent and does not undo processing that took place before withdrawal. Controls offered by an advertising service may vary by region.
08 / RECIPIENTS & TRANSFERS
When information reaches other services.
Hosting providers receive the information needed to serve website files. Enabled advertising providers and their partners receive information through ad requests under their own privacy policies and the choices available in the consent message. Email services process correspondence you send us. We may disclose correspondence where needed to respond to a lawful request or protect the site and its users.
Local game records are not automatically uploaded as a GameVerse leaderboard. A save code reaches someone else only when you choose to share it. The site operator does not sell your local game records. Advertising-related disclosures may be treated as “sale,” “sharing” or targeted advertising under some regional laws; consult the applicable vendor controls and privacy message.
Service providers may process information outside your country. Applicable transfer safeguards and provider-specific practices are described in their policies. We do not claim a particular transfer mechanism for a provider without verification.
09 / STORAGE & SECURITY
How long information is kept.
Local progress and preferences remain until you clear site data, overwrite them or your browser removes them. Session records may expire with the browser session. Cached files may be updated, removed by repair, or evicted by the browser. Advertising cookies, consent records and provider logs have retention periods controlled by the relevant service; see its policy or consent information.
We keep correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request and any applicable legal obligations, rather than promising an unverified fixed retention period. We use reasonable care when handling correspondence, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Save codes are not encrypted and browser-local progress is not a secure backup.

Requests and applicable rights.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain advertising disclosures. These rights are subject to applicable law and exceptions. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Where European data-protection law applies, consent is used for activities that require it, such as certain advertising cookies and personalization. Necessary site delivery, security and responding to requests may rely on legitimate interests or other applicable legal grounds; compliance with legal obligations may also require processing.
To request help with information held by the site operator, use the contact details below and describe your request. We may ask for proportionate information to verify it. We cannot retrieve local scores from your device remotely; you can export a save code or clear browser storage yourself. For information held independently by an advertising provider, use that provider's request channels as well.

Audience and external links.
GameVerse is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review it and take appropriate action. Other age and parental-permission requirements may apply in your location.
Links, sponsored destinations and third-party ads lead to services we do not operate. Review their privacy policies before sharing information. This policy does not control their practices.

Back up your save code before clearing site data. Consent settings and device preferences are separate controls: changing one does not automatically change the other.
